Solid movie, nice action, decent scenes, OK actors, a lot of blood and bullets, story not great but you get through it......and some through and through idiot with a camera.

I never, never ever saw a good or at least OK movie like this, completely ruined by some camera job out of braindead hell....holy sh**, how bad can somebody be in his job?!

Can somebody please tell that guy, that it's not about how hard you can shake the camera or how dark you can have the picture while shaking every bit out of that device!!!

If the quality of the picture, the scenes would have been at least standard, this film could have been some nice entertainment without being special.

But like this you only can imagine the good parts and get frustrated of what you have to look at.

The story is hilarious and the further the movie goes the worse it gets. Actually the beginning is pretty good and has some stylish scenes.

The main character is charismatic and delivers some good action......even though he almost never gets a hit, which is ridiculous.

Unfortunately the movie budget was clearly not very high, which doesn't help of course and makes the stupid story look even more ridiculous.

Carter is watchable if you don't think too much and don't mind the lack of professionalism.

In fact if they would have continued the way the movie started it wouldn't be so bad, but after ~ 45min everything goes down under.

4 out of 10 with tendency towards 3.

Well made and a lot fun action. I really enjoyed the story even if it had no big surprise. Acting is very good, nice sound and music, overall the quality is more than Netflix normally offers.

Of course there are also downsides, like not so nice CGI effects or the boring backgrounds of some characters.

But all in all I had a good time and enjoyed the movie a lot more than most of the action movies we had in the last time.

A 7 or 8 out of 10 is deserved for this really well made action movie with some welcomed charm.
