I discovered this show back in 2018 when the History Channel would run them all weekend.
Thanks to Amazon Prime, I can watch them in order, all 20 seasons. And you can access the show on the History Channel website.
I started listening/watching while I was working at home during the pandemic, and it got to the point that I knew all of the "surprises" and dramatic voice over. Thank heavens the DoD released the U. S. Navy UFO/UAP video so there was new content for a couple of seasons.
I will give the show's producers credit, they actually go back to earlier shows to correct mistakes, add new experts (Dr. Taylor, are you overexposed on the History Channel?) and new theories.
I can almost hear Giorgio Tsoukalos say; Hey dummy, I'm right, you're wrong, get with it! After 20 seasons, that gets old real fast. Other shows featuring AA's experts are fresh and I think they are better formatted and bring new voices to the crazy corral.

In Florida, waiting for another hurricane, and I was binge watching/listening to this show. I hated it, but it was white noise and made the time fly.
At first I thought it was a vanity show.. the host worked for the "CIA," had security clearances, blah, blah, blah. But by episode 5 of season 1 got me hooked. I like the format, short and sweet experts (who can't talk "on the record) interviews, even the 50 year old secret document episode was interesting TV.
I've learned how to correctly handle a weapon on the firing line.
Give it a try, tough it out for the first few shows, and like broccoli, it's terrible but good for you.
