SNW is stuck in neutral. Occasional silly is fine --- not every other episode. I don't want anymore Spock romance. The series is half over and it's time for Spock to become Spock. The human-Spock arc needs to wrap it up.
This episode had some genuine fun, it's not a 1, it was also awkward, it's not a 10. It's a 5.

..... Because of the low reviews, but I enjoyed it anyway. It's not really a 10 in my opinion but certainly not a 6.
I agree that season 3 as a whole has been disappointing, however I do have difficulty respecting opinions that I find unfair. I e. "I don't like documentary episodes, so this is bad" or "I don't like animation Trek so LD and Prodigy are automatically bad".
Already dealt with this bias in the 90s with DS9 and 80s with TNG ("It's not ST without Kirk" "You can't have a good show on a base") Please just stop.

... Every single episode of TOS and TNG as well as DS9, VOY and ENT. And yes I still hated this. Please stop acting like our low ratings are because we don't get it.
You want to rank it 8+ because you love fan service, then you do you. I liked certain parts of it, and nothing wrong with some silliness (Hell, I loved the musical even) but this was bad.
