fgamez-06809's rating
Anyone who found anything humorous, dark or otherwise, in this film is not someone I would hang out with. If there have been worse movies made, I don't want to know about them. At least, most reviewers acknowledge the disturbing nature of the film. Why they don't come to the logical solution that it's a grotesque comment of the state of our culture is beyond me.
Instead they tell us that's it's a thought-provoking commentary on greed, the rich, human fragility, or some such nonsense. It is not. It's a depraved film dubbed a "comedy". The high rating of the film on tomatoes is a sure tip-off about its quality.

I watched the first thirty minutes and then skipped to the end to see the solution. To anyone who sat through the entire movie, why? The writers apparently have a vocabulary of eighty words. Obscenties run rampant. In an attempt to make it real or gritty? The effect is to induce complete and utter boredom and disgust.
In addition to the awful dialogue and obnoxious, ridiculous characters, the "story" is nonexistent. Consisting of antics reflecting the fantasies of a fifteen-year-old boy; followed by actions which defy reality, logic, and any sort of common sense.
And for the twist at the end, the less said the better. I normally don't give one or two star since I caan usually find something redeemable but not in this one.
