This is an extremely disturbing movie that is written well. The story itself is different with a lonely man looking for a relationship and meeting with a woman whom he took interest in. I found the opening does a great job setting up the movie with him losing his wife and slowly deciding to look for a relationship. The movie does a great job with building up the character Asami who seems to be a nice girl, until we notice something is off with her. Like how she has this bag with something inside of it and the way she acts. I like the psychological horror of the movie with the characters realizing that Asami is not who she seems to be. And how there's a hint that she might be a pretty violent person. The movie shows how this is possible in real life with people out there who are in a relationship and not knowing who they truly are. Things get disturbing when it gets to the torture scenes. While it's tamed compared to other torture movies, I found it to be unsettling and uncomfortable on what she does to him. I do think the characters work really well in this movie. Shigeharu is the main character who, after losing his wife, decides to look for a new relationship. I do like the character with him looking for someone else and come to realize something is off about her. He's a pretty likable character who wants someone to be with, but he needs to know the truth about it. Asami is the woman who he took interest in. She's definitely an interesting character with her backstory on her being a dancer and how her teacher treats her. And we see how she's not who she seems by the actions she does throughout the movie.

Audition is an effective psychological horror movie that is pretty disturbing and is well made.

I found this to be an unsettling and disturbing movie that I watched. The story itself is standard with a newbie who enters a new place and soon discovers that something is up with it. But the execution is done really well with its atmosphere and tone it going for. One plot is how the main character gets pregnant, and people believe that it was a miracle birth. It builds up pretty well with the main character discovered some dark things that go on inside the place and how she wants to leave it for obvious reasons. As I mentioned before, the atmosphere is effective due to the sound designed of the movie that gives off an eerie vibe, and the music also fits well into the movie. The explanation on what is going on is an interesting one that raises some questions on the true meaning of it and the motive behind it. And the movie ends in a different way that I didn't expect. The characters themselves aren't the most developed, but it does contains great performance in it. Cecilia is the main character who is a newcomer to the convent and somehow got pregnant from something. One detail is that she drowned in a frozen lake and is dead for 7 minutes. Other than that, she mostly grows suspicious of the place and really doesn't want this baby inside of her. As for the other characters, most of them don't appear that much in the movie and are one-dimensional throughout.

Immaculate is a disturbing movie that might not be for everyone, but it is a great movie that i watched.

I found this to be a pretty decent anime movie that I watched. The story itself isn't anything to big with this normal girl is named the chosen one and have to save the world she enter in. It goes through the same tropes with this type of plot. When they go inside the different world, it not anything too big but is interesting to see. The animation is beautiful with its visual and how the movie looks is lovely on how much work they put into the movie. The characters themselves are likeable, but lack any development to them and plays simple role. Even the main character is the generic tropes with her gaining conflicts near the end of the movie. It's also more of a travel movie with them traveling to their destination while coming across things. But the movie is enjoyable to watch.

The Wonderland is a decent anime movie that has great animation, but needs more work towards the story.
