Omg the episode had literally everything. The action the suspense was so good. It slowly is raising the stakes and I can see this episode building towards the later episodes. The other two episodes were but this is what I have been waiting for. First 10/10 episode of this season and I hope it gets better moving on.
Such a fun episode. It had everything from action Episode 2 raises the stakes, deepens the characters, and delivers both spectacle and soul. It pushes forward the narrative while giving us time to breathe and care. It is an episode that justifies the excitement around the season and leaves you eager for more.
In summary, this premiere does everything a superhero anti-hero origin series should-if not better. It's funny, grotesque, heartfelt, shocking, and drives forward a larger universe while never losing touch with its emotional core. A solid 10/10 for ambition, tone, and execution. James gun is the most consistent CBM director out there.
