Gintama is mostly comedic in tone and the beginning 60 episodes are pretty much character introduction. But as the anime progresses, it has some serious arcs. Gintama's serious storylines have made the anime much more exhilarating and emotional.
Gintama delivers more than 350 installments, yet some of the series' greatest heights occur during the final seasons where decades of storytelling culminates together.
Below are my Best ARCs for the Anime:
Gintama's Renho Arc: Elizabeth may be one of the most mystified characters in Gintama and the Renho arc dives deep into who she is.
Gintama's Red Spider Arc: This batch of episodes takes place with little light, almost like a horror movie. This is all because of the antagonist Jiraia, a mysterious foe who is malevolent and vicious with his fighting technique.
The Yoshiwara In Flames Arc Lights A Little Fire Under The Heroes.
The Benizakura Arc Debuts A Prolific Weapon For Dramatic Duels
Gintama's Baragaki Thorny Arc Allows The Shinsengumi To Meet Their Match
The Kintama Arc Puts Gintoki Through An Identity Crisis
The Four Devas Arc Turns To The Past To Repair The Future
The Courtesan Of A Nation Arc Introduces Old Lovers And New Foes
The Shogun Assassination Arc Marks A Tonal Turning Point For Gintama
Gintama's Yagyu Arc Brings Fan-Favorite Kyuubei Into The Fray
The Shinigami Arc Is Full Of Beautiful Battles
The Shinsengumi Crisis Arc: This is one of the best arcs where Hijikata is pushed Out Of His Comfort Zone.
The Farewell, Shinsengumi Arc Bids Goodbye To Crucial Characters
Gintama's Rakuyou Decisive Battle Arc Catalyzes Utsuro's Endgame
The Silver Soul Arc Handles Utsuro's Apocalyptic Problem And Concludes The Anime.

The show should actually be called Meer Hadi and not Khaani. The entire story/plot/acting stealer is the character Hadi. I really FELT so sorry for Hadi just because of his life transformed that how a spoilt brat fell in love with Khanni..and devoted his life to the God. I think the storyline ended very well otherwise it would have had typical commercial soaps.
Not all story deserves a happy ending, but there should be a "sukoon" after watching, and it never missed from a single episode on this series. The only character worth watching this show is for Feroz Khan as his acting as Hadi was incredible and in last few eppisodes, his acting was top-notch.
It will teach you lesson, the meaning of life.
