Every once in a while, with B movies, you stumble across a surprising little gem. This wasn't one of them. It's bad, but even with the bad acting and dialogue I was trying to cut it some slack.
But after one of the first few glimpses of the creature, I gave up, It looks like a team mascot, bobblehead and all.
I think that the actors were giving it their best, but they had no script support at all. The sob story concerning the niece's education didn't help. The other thing that irritates me no end is that too much of it was done at night with insufficient lighting. I guess that helps them hide a lack of decent sets and bad make-up. Even a little CGI would have gone a long way. Give this one a hard pass.
