A therapy journey encapsulated with friendship that easily reflects how special the gifts are that Stutz shares with us.
The message comes across direct and gentle, without any sharpness, bright colors, or loud sounds.
Both Jonah, and Phil give personal stories that tie in with the techniques, but neither one have their egos on display.
It was so refreshing and heartfelt that I found myself instantly learning and using the techniques.
This was a great film to come across and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Thank you to everyone involved, and also thank you for sharing your vulnerability.

This must see has to be finished, especially to see where we stand at the end of the two part docu-series.
With a lot work needed to be done in our government, and with the perception on trauma & abuse.
Me personally being a survivor of an extreme cult, that was repressive to women with regulations on attire, communication, media, and learning.
To accept being conceptualized and brainwashed for over five years, can seem to take a lifetime to understand if ever.
The bravery and courage it takes to not only tell one person your truth is to some victims unattainable.
Bravo, to tell it again and again, to relive it again in order to end it.
I really grew to love all the survivors, and this docu-series made me cry a few times.

Full of information that we all need to digest in order to move forward with how we develop and treat people being born foreign or a refugee.
Reflecting simultaneously also how to remain all tied together as human beings, with love in our actions.
