I was reading this book when I realized that there was a Netflix series (I should've known from the cover). So I stopped like 75% of the way into it. Because I watched the stranger after reading it.

I don't get how people can say it was predictable because even reading as much as I had, I was 100% surprised at the ending.

I thought the acting was stellar,. The mother in law was great, the detectives were both great. The star, Michelle Keegan, was almost too good looking to concentrate on the show. But she played that role brilliantly, it was like the book coming to life, only British.

I'm just looking at all of Harlan Coben's works that have been adapted to see what to watch next.
