I'm very happy to be the first to give 10/10, this short deserves every one of those stars, it's how it's supposed to be a Batman movie to me, les digital fx and a good story with talented actors, i'm really impressed, with the simplicity and at the same time the good execution of well written plot, it feels like a piece of movie from Tim Burton, it's dark, nearly had the impression of a black and white film, the photography it's good and the acting is totally amazing, remember this is a fan short, i definitively want see more from the sgt. Frank Kelly being a good ally of the Batman in his pursue to clean Gotham of filthy criminals.
