From cliche deaths to weird plot armour this episode is such a let down to the rest of the show. Fowler constantly yoyos from being the best samuri ever to someone who runs away at every chance and also the scene where a woman and an oldman close the door on about 20 soldiers is downright the dumbest thing i have ever seen in a tv show.
This episode is perfect as it fixed the only two issues i have with arcane. The song selection in this episode is appropriate and actually adds to the scenes instead of annoying me and the characters actually had, although only a small amount, some time to have some downtime to relax and have nice conversations. Arcane is an incredible show with literally the most impressive and detailed animation i have ever seen but i feel like the show could have done with say 5 minutes extra to each episode to just build on characters and connections. This episode is not only about what could have been for the characters but also for me what the show could be if it had just a tad bit more time.
