I don't usually write reviews except if it was good enough to be reviewed and this definitely was, been looking forward to this for over a year and I didn't disappoint, from Haolin who worked on Link Click and three amazing Chinese studios brings To Be Hero X a story where trust and fear are two ways of becoming a powerful hero or villian. This will be a 24 episode show divided into chapters focusing on each of the top 10 heroes of the Hero Association and this episode starts with hero #10 NICE but there is a twist in the first episode that changes the course of a guy named Lin Ling life and oh my this premiere was a wild ride and a complete episode in its own right with a crazy cliffhanger in usaul Haolin fashion at the end. Since it's animated by three great studios, it's visually stunning with different blends of animation at different moments with a high quality 3d base that looks similar to Arcane.
If you are looking for a visually stunning anime with an intriguing premise that would be around for the next 6 months then this is it. I can't wait for next week 10/10 start.

DC Live action shows haven't overall been this good some having their moments but overall falling flat or average at the end.
This show is really special because despite it being a mini series set after a batman film about the Penguin who is a notable character in his own right but didn't have much screen time in the movie and with new characters from the comics and not, Batman not being expected to appear at all etc. It didn't really seem like it would make a name for itself but just be a bridge between movies sorta like what the MCU was doing post endgame before the introduction of Marvel Television.
The Penguin just like the underestimated Oswald ends up blowing expectations out of the water with an incredible cast, an amazingly structured plot, Great Twists, Tension, Soundtrack and Atmosphere. This was an amazing experience on a weekly bases and I will really miss it. Shogun was my favourite show this year but The Penguin has taken that title. Can't wait for Batman 2 because I like The Penguin more the the first Batman movie and it has a lot of heavy lifting and explanation to do, Loving the Matt Reeves world, hope they do more of these with this quality in the future, Thank you to all the crew involved in this, HBO has another one in their collection.

I have really enjoyed Sophia's character and Miloti's performance the past three episodes but this episode raises the bar. This episode we get to see what made her the way she is and it was really dark and sad to witness.
The way this episode was shot from beginning to end was awesome and really sucked you into the experience as you watch things unfold and it was a ride.
Seeing Sophia before and seeing how she changed overtime was something to witness and Miloti's performance was phenomenal.
This episode was thrilling and uncomfortable and the climax was the icing on the cake, I dare say this is one of the best episode of Tv to air this year.
I don't know what will happen to her at the end of the show but it will be difficult for any character even Oz to beat the love I currently have for her character, I am so glad I gave this show a shot, it is truly magnificent.
