9 would be "they did such a bang up job and that it even surprised me a little" and a 10 is for "they pretty much revolutionized the genre".
This is a solid, solid successor to all of the other "Mitchell and Webb" -i that have come before.
Only remark I have with it is about the sudden transitions from sketch to sketch. Takes some brainpower to always be on the lookout, is it still the same sketch, or is this a new one already. It takes away from the relaxed experience somewhat.

This thing . . . It should be featured on the wikipedia page of "underpromise, overdeliver".
From the looks of it, you expect a mild family drama but what you get is . . . I'm not even sure how to describe it . . . Everything . . . You get everything.
Every episode is a minefield where you are genuinely excited about the next click under your foot.
Characters are 3 dimensional, flawed each in their own understandable ways, with more of the past being revealed each episode.
Creativity is intense, abundant but also somehow not "spray and pray", it's focused and disciplined.
I'm not sure what I'm more curious about: what's gonna happen next, or how long the creators will be able to keep up this fire hydrant of a show.

There's a lot of stuff going on at any given 15 second interval and there's considerable creativity and attention to details, but overall, it just doesn't work.
I'm forcing myself to watch it basically, and I don't know why.
Overall has a vibe of a female med student's self-insert power fantasy that, imo, very few people are likely to resonate with.
Basically if Dr. House was split into two young females, neither of them very likable.
All the character flaws/weaknesses seem superficial and don't have much effect on anything really.
The whole setting also doesn't communicate that there is really anything at stake. Like at one moment all of them might die and I just cannot summon an ounce of Fs to give.
I wish it was better, but it is what it is.
