I just started the show and I'm loving it right now. It's pretty good and the characters r cool. It's not something special but it's definitely entertaining. I'm on ep 6 already... lol! If you're looking for a cool show w college kids then I would def give this a try.

Oh and to the person complaining about "no melanin" please stop. Don't make everything about race. How do you feel when people complain about a white character turning black? You applaud it right? So don't complain if there's not enough "melanin" and this is coming from a person of color. Race isn't a big deal just enjoy the show.

I did not watch the original with Patrick Swayze guys but I really enjoyed this movie and I'll definitely be checking out the original soon.

This movie was great, had a hooking intro and a cast I loved! I was impressed with bob menery LMAO and I loved Conor, he looked like has was having a lot of fun! The story may seem like it lacks a bit of substance but the vibe and cinematography makes up for it for me. It was funny and the action was cool. I think Conor should do some more movies. I didn't like the bad guy boss, he was just a rich prick but Conor made it interesting. His craziness made him seem scary af but he didn't end up being as big of a threat as I thought he would come off as but he did great!

It is not a 1:1 adaptation but that is a good thing because it's very good in its own way. It has been amazing so far. Ian as sokka is incredible! Gordon as aang is surprisingly great. They did such a great job. Once I saw one piece in August I had a gut feeling ATLA would be good. Then I saw the trailer and I KNEW it would be good. Then I heard some questionable things leading up to the release and I got worried but it's safe to say this show is AMAZING! The special effects are on point and it just feels amazing. It's a different feel from the animated version but this is still a high quality feeling I get from this show. <3.
