  • African American Host, so Lonely!!!

No more supporting a show that had possibilities of being a reflection thing to the viewing audience. Since the beginning of this show I've been watching it and week after week after week year after year after year. I've been in dismay for the lack of visual reflection yet I do not see. Visual reflection means I should see myself amongs your hosts who most of the time appear to be white people.

When will we ever see more than one SUCESSFUL Black American host on-set? Where are all the hosts Black Americans? Why won't you show EACH seat being occupied by people of a different ethnicity,? Why always majority white people?

The executive producer and other decision-makers continue to disespect for the audience.

I have enough, and I will no longer watch you're show. The only educational part is, it is a racist show.

  • Episode 1 - Delicious and Cold

When I first started watching I thought it was going to be some little elementary style review on ice cream. But as Ms. Carla went further into the details of ice cream, and it's background outside of the United States, I became much more fascinated, and although people might say "Oh, it's just ice cream", its deeper than that.

Mostly, everything that the United States has in-hand comes from other people outside of it. I am so grateful to Carla whom I love seeing; this beautiful woman still sharing with us Foodie stuff in an international level.

To hear about the history of African American men who were enslaved, least we not forget, who brought what we have through their studies. Their desire to create something that not the masses, but the elite would enjoy. Yet now everyone can enjoy ice cream, water ice, gelato and Douradum.

I can't wait to watch more of Ms Carls and her food travels. We need to see more Mature and Beautiful African American women scouting the globe. Thanks Carla!!!

Carla and the world deserves a SECOND SEASON OF HER AND CHASING FLAVOR!

  • Not Inclusive Enough

Overall, this was needed as a beginning point. The issue I have as a 60 year old Black American woman is the age groups. I've noticed as I made 50 years till now the media's ONLY interest is for younger age groups. HOLD UP! Women over 50, over 60, over 70+ are here and I wished the producers placed equal focus on us . My generation seems to get overlooked especially in topics like this.

Ask me, ask us what we went through and maybe continue to go through.

Also I never heard the question of what Black men say to us and about us that also is cultural-conditioning that in a lot of cases has harmed Black women.
