Watching this movie not only made me smile, it also prove that with a strong enough imagination, you can always have a great time with friends.
Couple that with the references to Robin Hood and you got yourself a great family film. As an adult, though; I can't help but feel ashamed by the soft-hearted minds of some of the parents in Longsight. One mother's kid gets a tiny scratch on his forehead and she has him wearing a neck-brace?!
Pathetic!
I DO agree on the "No Hits Above the Shoulders" rule, though (or as some LARPers call it, the "Triangle of Doom.") Overall, this movie was a blast!!!

As a die hard fan for all things medieval and Ren Faire related, I can't believe this movie was hidden right under my nose all these years. Granted this was made four years before I was even born yet. I also happen to have the same kind of Chivalric soul Billy has and have even been mocked by others for it...just like Billy.
What I really loved about it was the whole concept of motorbike jousting, which is something I've long thought about for years. Overall, this was a well-welcomed surprise of a movie and I'm happy to have discovered it by accident.
I HIGHLY recommend watching this, folks!

Not only did I love watching this episode but like J. P. and Craig, I wanted to join the Book Club too. Seriously, I'm a total bookworm and just like Kelsey; Fantasy is my go-to genre to read. Sadly, not that many people in my family enjoy it as much as I do.
Heck, my mom used to bribe my older step-brother to read just ONE book. Which means he would not fit in with the club. But as for me, I hope Kelsey and Stacks would welcome an adult among their ranks. My only minor complain is that the Baronica book, despite being fantasy related, doesn't sound like something I'd want to read.
5/5 Stars.
