This show is unreal. You're always on your tippy toes.
The idea is original and creative. The juxtaposition of children's games and brutish, gorey effects is perfect. And you HAVE to make it a K-drama on top of that!
The acting in this show is incredible, maybe I should start watching more K-dramas. Especially Seong Gi-hun (or Lee Jung-jae), the main protagonist of the film. The shots and colours are amazing.
Of course, some episodes can get a bit boring at times and I must admit that. I really only like the episodes with the games and not the ones based in reality or in the business of some Korean city. Maybe that's just my desensitized self speaking though.
I'm so glad this series is NOT a reality show.

If I had to describe this movie in one word, it would be "grandiose".
I hated Oppenheimer. But I loved Interstellar. So I guess I'm neutral with Christopher Nolan now.
Matthew McConaughey's acting was brilliant. He was especially funny, but all of his other emotions were raw. Every scene was a masterfully crafted marvel; I loved the camerawork.
I love science and astronomy, so I was happy to hear a lot of science concepts thrown around like wormholes, black holes and space-time. I don't know how they even managed to film scenes of space and another planet-- it seems impossible.
Go watch this movie. Seriously. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I don't even know what to say anymore. Every second of this film is art.
I'm not much of a history guy, but this movie sparked my interest in Ancient Rome. The movie tells the story of Maximus and his story of how he became a slave after being a powerful general. It's more interdimensional than that, but you get the gist. Russell Crowe played Maximus, and he was incredible. I don't know how he pulled off such raw emotions - either really high emotional intelligence or some other tactic.
This movie was made in the year 2000. Given its quality, I felt like it was made in 2020's. I don't know its budget, but it felt like an Avengers movie. Even better than an Avengers movie! You don't even need any high-performing Hollywood actors.
And of course, like any good movie, it portrays a powerful message. We should be kind to each other and follow our own moral principles. You'll discover this when you watch the movie.
This is one of those movies that are a once-in-a-lifetime experience the first time you watch it. You'll feel happy, sad, angry, and everything in between.
Now go watch it.
