This short film builds upon a classic premise: a guy stuck in a time loop. We've seen this concept explored in countless movies, so I had some expectations for novelty. Unfortunately, there's nothing here we haven't seen before-except perhaps a few new logical gaps.
For instance, the character uses a flashlight in broad daylight, only for it to run out of battery the moment he finally enters a dark space where it would actually be useful. Or take the scene where he hides and sneaks around to avoid another version of himself, even though it's clear he can't be seen.
The most frustrating part, however, is how many things are left unexplained-starting with why the guy is there in the first place. I might be a bit harsh, but time travel films are among my favorites, and I expect certain basic elements to be handled with care.

The basic premise of this dystopian sci-fi short is that a hunter becomes the hunted after those in power suspect him of helping his target escape. To eliminate the threat, they send in "The Asset"-an obvious killing machine.
While this setup has the potential for a compelling short film, it didn't quite work for me. The motivations behind the characters' actions are never fully explained, leaving too many logical gaps. As a result, it's difficult to understand what's actually going on. The flashbacks didn't add much either-they only contributed to the confusion.
Unfortunately, I finished the film with more questions than I had at the start.

This sci-fi short is set in the near future, where a teenage girl becomes trapped in her parents' smart home-an automated system designed to protect residents from the dangers of the outside world. The twist? Her parents are away for an unknown period, and the house is capable of maintaining a security lockdown for nearly two years.
While the concept isn't entirely new, it's still compelling. The story features several unpredictable twists as strange incidents unfold and hidden truths are gradually revealed. It's a well-crafted science fiction tale that transitions smoothly from calm to suspense and eventually panic. Ultimately, it delivers a subtle yet effective warning about the potential risks of artificial intelligence.
