I enjoyed this movie and found the premise quite unique and very entertaining. The title character was done quite well and combined a pleasant personality with a somewhat disturbing and quirky side that was amusing.
The entire cast did an excellent job and played it perfectly...again pleasant and yet that odd quirkiness that made them each very interesting!
Now for the MAJOR flaw. The movies was filmed in Wales with an all British cast, but set somewhere in the United States and with a story line purporting to be a young man trying to live the American dream, so what was the point of setting it in America?
That fact seemed pointless and detracted from the story. The thinly veiled British accents were quite apparent and to be honest, ANNOYING distracting. Everything was overtly British while pretending to be American?

I noticed that the rating on Prime Video was a ONE! That surprised me completely, in fact it floored me! I never see movies rated one on Prime Video...even the worst piece of trash gets a few stars - usually from the people who made the film!!!
As I started to watch the first that hit me, hit my ears actually was the absolutely rancid music! I was worse than bad with no meter, nonsense lyrics and the most horrible vocals I have ever heard!!!
Then I realized that this film must be a parody of horror/slasher films...the acting was soooo bad that it had to be part of the shtick right??? So, I kept watching and came to see that this was not at parody because it was not the least bit comedic. It was just a pitiful excuse for a movie with senseless vapid dialogue, horrible acting and just an excuse for gore, sex and an utter waste of film.
There was no continuity of scenes, themes, plots or even actions, nothing logically followed any that came before it. When I was not disgusted, I was completely bored!
What a pile of dog crap!!!

If you were to take bits and pieces of every really lousy zombie movie, put them in a blender and add REALLY bad punk music you would almost have this movie! I say almost because one cannot neglect horrible acting, stale plot and the fact that it uses every old joke and situation in the book...not once, not twice, but repeatedly!
The first and longest lasting trite chestnut is the struggling director and actors who value making movies over life itself. Of course, they don't represent REAL up and coming film makers, they depict the fanatical film buffs who live in their mother's basement, recite lines from movies like the bible and don't have a life.
It was pretty much a great relief as the film crew dies off at the hands of the Zombies, who, by the way. Are led by a goth villain whose part in all this mayhem is NEVER explained.
It was so bad that after I finish writing this, I need to go take an Alka Seltzer!!!!
