Let's start out by saying that I only started watching this because the synopsis Prime had for it was cool, but within a few minutes it was obvious the synopsis was wrong. I only finished the movie because I wanted to see how bad it would get.
The VFX were about the level I'd expect to see in a final project student film. Avoiding spoilers, essentially the VFX stood out like a sore thumb and screamed of someone having lied on their resume about their skill in whatever budget after effects software the film used. About the only thing I can compliment is the lightning VFX - I think they knew this by the amount of overuse in the film.
The actors didn't have a lot to work with from the start, script was weak, full of holes and useless information, and illogical, which resulted in subpar performances. There was a ton of main character's privilege going on.
The budget was clearly razor thin on this project, the costume department flexed their creativity when they decided to dress the military in what looks like dirt biking body armour.

If you like shaky cam, then this is the movie for you, and for added bonus in a number of scenes flashlights will shine directly into the lens for the fantastic effect of unwanted strobe lights!
The script is bad, the actors are potentially bad (line delivery was poor, but maybe they were just working with nothing to begin with.) The foley was beyond poor, audio would be obscenely loud or indecently quiet in the same scene. Continuity begged for inclusion, but was instead given a pink slip. Timeline also resigned in this one.
Suspending reality is just not enough to accept the 82 rounds one of the characters fired off from a handgun without reloading.
