Who would approve of this convoluted sad and terrible film being made Writing and directing amateur and derived Pretentious acting and joyless holiday film Be grateful you don't have to sit through this.

I know there's a lot of controversy with this Director and writer, but I really thought he was talented I think that maybe he did do all this political because he is actually not talented and needed a payout or attention or something but I think more sober and experience people need to not allow this kind of thing to be made. It's just utterly miserable to watch, I am not sure why there were a few good reviews. Maybe it was someone hired to review but it's hardly impossible that it's a 10 out of 10.

Really nice film. I identify with Kit, Brie Larson's character. I try to be serious in life but I still love my comic books and would drop everything to be a superhero, but now as an adult, husband, father, doctor I know inside I can't do that. But it's nice to reminisce about the fantasies and comforting things Ive always had for emotional support.

As the Joker said " why so serious? ". For real.. why must we be? This film reminds of of the little quirky parts of our personalities that we all have but "normal" society might look down on. Maybe so called " outcasts" or non- ambitious people should have a place and be cherished and not looked down on. And the film is not too preachy about this. The parents and Virgil learn to love and accept who Kit is despite her quirks.

If you are ok with crying at the end and maybe you are not sure why you are crying. Then just enjoy this. You don't have to overanalyze this or take it too seriously. It's just a nice story. I will watch again with loved ones. Maybe they might understand why I'm a little weird too. Please consider giving it high marks.
