Another great Wisconsin based movie!!! This one was actually based off an urban legend in Green Bay. If my memory is correct (my disclaimer lol) the urban legend was on a murder committed at theater (now Meyer Theater) in Green Bay and the balcony is haunted and the award winning screen writer, director, and actor: Freddy Moyano: MLC Productions heard tell of this urban legend he kept the legend part as fact but ran with it after that and flipped the script on it's end to write a fun, quirky, time traveling movie of a guy traveling back to 1890 to clear his name and will he get back before time runs out. Great 1890 period costumes and attention to detail on all the sets and props!

Wow, talk about showing one's true colors! I think a few of these characters used up all the crayons in the jumbo crayon box developing their true colors in this episode. The fact that envy can take on many different forms and fashions I recommend that you watch this episode through once and enjoy it and not distract yourself looking for the envy theme of this episode, which some may find to be more subtle than others. This seems to be the way Freddy Moyano both writes and directs in this series. These one word titles are mere suggestions, allowing for the viewer to find their own way- just like in life- throughout the episode. I can say with some certainty that there will be scenes in any given episode that will resonate with some people, that they too, can relate too. But you have to pay attention to what you are hearing and what is happening both in the foreground, background, and all at the same time. I've watched these multiple times and still finding things I missed.

The costumes were on point in this episode. Each person is responsible for providing their own spectacular wardrobe and a handful of cast members design and make some of their own costumes and props (Ernastine, Ursula, Giovanna, and Marnie) I apologize in advance if a name was missed. Ernastine also oversees and approves wardrobe choices. Helps with alterations and repairs as needed.

Greed. How is it affecting these characters you ask? This is one of those episodes you may want to watch a few times because you're going too miss a few things, I can promise you that, as well as "did I just see that correctly" moments and you most likely did. Greed is greed. It wasn't necessarily worse back then because there was less money. It's apples too apples- they didn't have the influx of drugs, trafficking, high stakes crime, luxury homes and auto etc. About the only thing we can relate to is failed crops, wars, and politics. In those cases history repeats itself endlessly. That's why everyone still loves a good western when we take things back to more simpler times, before we became so distracted with our faces in technology. To become one with nature, arts (painting, theatre, etc), or social gatherings at someone's home again, it's so refreshing and brings back so many memories of entertaining and relatives no longer with us and has inspired me to bring it back with my new family of friends. I welcome and challenge you to bring it back amongst your circle of family and friends too. You won't regret it. As Martha once said, "It's a good thing!" Let's all bring back entertaining and stamp out the need for "Greed"!
