You don't deal here with a horror film, but a noir drama, gloomy, downbeat, not the best way to get rid of your despair to live. Of course Richard Jordan is excellent and nearly poignant in this exceptonal character. Better than average, it belongs to the best ten episodes of the show. Solid Walter Hill directing.
What an exciting episode, so engrossing, bloody, gritty, riveting with enjoying performances, especially the mad husband. But no character here gets our empathy. Each of them deserves his fate. Just sit and enjoy, you won't regret it. So much excitment, I could not believe it. Directed by Russell Mulcahy.
