I LOVED this movie. It was beautiful, and had me feeling genuinely emotional at times. As a believer of God and a Christain myself, this movie was very beautiful. However, the only thing preventing me from giving it 10 Stars instead of 9 is the fact that 99% of the characters praised Sara for the miracles and such instead of praising God for giving her that ability and making it possible. Despite that, the acting was beautiful and even for the young girl playing Sara, had the emotions looking so real. The message it gave of having faith was and believing in the love and healing of God was phenomenal. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
I couldn't even get past the first 15 minutes without switching to a different movie. Badly acted, same overused crappy "this is my senior year I wanna make the best of it!" stereotype that's literally in hundreds of other movies, the overused "looks like it time to go to pound town! Population YOU!" Disney bully wannabe. As a Christian myself, the faith isn't shown well acted even a little bit. I have nothing else to say. Nothing good for even a single second. I can already see from the 15 minutes that the guy has super weak faith which isn't a problem but for a movie that's trying to make a CHRISTIAN movie at least have the main character have a little more faith.
WOW. I've never had a movie genuinely almost make me cry. At the beginning I felt the main characters emotions we it they eer my own and sympathized with her. The twist at the end was something I that genuinely had my jaw DROP and feel as if I was about to start crying. The only thing preventing me from giving it a 10 star is the ending, despite it being a confusing at first it's something I eventually understood. This is the perfect "Monsters aren't born, they're made." Type of movie that kept me hooked from beginning to end. Another banger my Tyler Perry, I love movies like this. If you like suspense based movies revolving around the "bad guy," you'll ADORE this.
