Migration used to be a 9/10 but when I watched it again, I found some problems. First off, the pacing is really slow. It took some time to get to the next scene. Also, the writing is basic, now I don't really care for writing in a movie but the dialogue could've been more interesting. Next, the characters: Mac is your typical overprotective dad that redeems himself Cliche. Dax is the adventurous son. Gwen is the worried duck ya da yada yada. The villain is completely non verbal just like my big brother (that's why he likes bubble guppies). Overall, it's a great film for your kids and can give adults some mild enjoyment.
Super why's comic book adventures is an awful reboot. I never watched the OG super why, so I'm probably not the best person to talk about it but who cares.
Power Paige is one of the worst PBS kids characters ever! She learns basically nothing but syllables, but she already knows syllables. Power Paige is also one of the most overpowered characters in PBS kids history. She can do anything so it should've been power Paige's comic book adventures, but they decided to throw in super why for brand recognition.
The villains are boring as heck too. Also, what happened to alpha pig and Woofster? Was there something offensive about them?
