Victoria (Mallory Jansen), is an Event Planner, she is also the Maid Of Honor and handling all the details of her best friend's wedding in Paris. Her ex-boyfriend. Cameron, (Lachlan Nieboer) is the groom's Best Man and she learns he's bringing a date to the wedding. She decides to reconnect with her childhood pen pal and former boyfriend, Jacque, (Joshua Sasse) who lives in Paris. There are subplots regarding the indecisive bride and also a pregnant friend and her overprotective husband. Each couple has important questions about life and love.
Mallory Jansen is Hallmark's best female actor, and as always, she is superb in the role of Victoria. Joshua Sasse as Jacque is HOT, HOT, HOT and is perfect as the suave and romantic Frenchman. Lachlan Nieboer does a decent job as the jealous and obnoxious ex-boyfriend. The plot and beautiful scenery and chateau keeps you engaged. My only complaint is wishing it had just slightly less whinning on the part of the indecisive bride and pregnant friend. Gregory Haney's performance as the groom was a bit stiff. Overall a delight and one of Hallmark's better movies, and I am usually not very fond of wedding themed movies.

Sarah, (LindyBooth), heads to her uncle's ranch in Colorado to escape New York and the spotlight from a breakup. Returning home for the first time since her aunt passed. According to the script, but lackng in the actual movie, things are supposed to get interesting when Graham Mitchell, (Kristoffer Polaha) , a Hollywood star, arrives at the ranch to prepare for his next film.
Linda Booth was completely miscast, she just didn't fit the part and she mumbled many of her lines and was difficult to understand, I had no problems with understanding any of the other cast members, Linda needs to learn how to annunciate! She basically ruined the movie!

I think you HAVE TO be a Jane Austen fan to like this movie, which I am not, so my review may be a bit skewed....
This is the story of an overly serious Professor, Eloise, who loves Jane Austen and attends an annual Jane Austen Conference. She is the the guest speaker in the hopes of impressing Dr. Victoria Jennings and being awarded a position at Princeton. Although Eloise loves and appreciates Jane Austen's novels, she's not into all the hoopla and dressing up in period costumes and superfluous activities. She is annoyed by Dr. Jennings nephew, Sam Lee, who is dressed up in costume as Mr. Darcy and has been assigned as her personal concierge. As in any predictable Hallmark movie, the witty banter between Eloise and Sam changes her feelings for Sam in what looks like is the beginning of a budding romance. There's also drama as Eloise's sister Mia, who just broke up with her boyfriend, joins her at the conference and creates a bit of havoc. There's also the usual "conflict".
Now I will say Mallory Jansen was excellent as Eloise Cavendish and Will Kemp was decent as Sam Lee, but Lillian Doucet-Roche as Mia Cavandish badly overacted and was downright ANNOYING!!! I found the movie dull and slow moving. I felt the story needed a bit more romance rather than the sister scenes. Just a HO HUM movie for non Jane Austen fans!
