I have just seen this film, and it was definitely the scariest movie I have watched this year. The Philippou brothers demonstrate how a horror movie should be made without relying only on jump scares. Each performance was incredible, but I especially loved Billy Barratt's acting. There were many gory scenes that made me feel completely uncomfortable, especially the knife scene. Although the ending was a bit depressing, I was very satisfied overall. I strongly recommend this movie if you enjoyed Talk to Me as well.
I have already seen this film and it was really good. We know that MCU has released several mediocre movies and series, so I didn't expect much about this movie, but surprisingly it was something unique. The characters and the scrip are well written and enjoyable although you must have seen some series and movies to understand who they are. The best thing of the movie is the main antagonist who is imposing and a little scary for me. I think it is not the Marvel's savior but you might like it.
I have already seen this film and I do not feel completely satisfied. The movie has some elements that I liked such as the new group of characters or the kills. However, the scrip is very bad and predictable. It feels like the film depends on old characters that we have already seen them in the previous movies but Juliet is absolutely useless and the final twist with Ray is totally horrible. I strongly believe that this film is not worth watching in cinemas.
