I'm responding to the review which mentioned being disappointed that the director missed an opportunity to tell a story. I directed this video, and the band approved and let me shoot a storyline that included a beautiful dancer and her pet black panther. We filmed at an animal sanctuary. The video was gorgeous and the band approved the initial cut. The next day I was called and asked to completely remove the actress from the video. Ed's girlfriend at the time was jealous and wanted her out of the video. I did a low budget fix to keep the video from becoming only a performance video (which I would always prefer to be live).
