I saw this movie in the Macabro International Horror Film Festival. I think I can call this movie "underground".
The idea of using puppets instead of flesh and blood actors gives an even more disturbing vibe, but it's not like the film needs it.
Maybe the movie doesn't have the best dialogues but the solid story, including the disturbing puppets, the uncanny development of the stages of the protagonist and the incredible and complicated moral about alcoholism and guilt makes this film a wonderful puppet-slasher-horror film.
I won't stop recommending this hidden piece of art, it definitely worth it.

One would spect something life-changing (in a positive way), something inspiring, or maybe something pleasant. Well, this movie is just the opposite. Nonetheless, it's important to difference between something gross and something done wrong. This movie is absolutely excellent made; every detail was carefully designed to be aesthetically disgusting and that is it's charm (and not everything is bad. I mean, you just have to look the impressive big list of people involved in the work of making Sue's breats look good and real). An absolute piece of art. Just not designed to be watched more than once.
