This had a budget of $240 and a Samsung for a camera. Movie is about other tales in the sleepy hollow location, but title and description suggests it's about the headless horseman. Very long and drawn out with no enthusiasm from even the film makers to make it entertaining. Anyone giving this a high rating is just an art snob trying to act "different" than anyone else. I've seen some good reviews on other platforms and they only have good things to say about the first story out of at least 5. Even the good reviews didn't finish the full film. There are other low budget horror films, that had heart and soul poured into them. Please go watch that stuff instead!
