After a longer, long period of time, we finally got something that actually is good, and not just said or claimed to be good. Also seemingly, something that can pass and stand the test of time. Although, yet to be seen regarding the latter.
As adaptation it is very true, excellent, not perfect (not convinced perfect exists), but closest to perfect as possible. Just does everything right.
As a TV show it is solid plus, above solid and very good, with some excellent parts. Side characters are not there just for the sake of it. Story is more complex then it seems, combined with exposition reduced to bare minimum, paying attention is crucial, or of importance at least..
Overall, Fallout was, and is a pleasant surprise.

Somebody call the Fire Department to rescue this show from the silo it fell into and got stuck in.
I liked the first season, even when got slow and kinda rediculous in the middle, I still enjoyed it. It wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. It was average plus and solid, worth watching.
This season on the other hand..
I read the complaints by other users in their reviews, and I will not repeat them, instead I will say that I agree. It got super slow, to extent that started moving back in time, let alone going forward the slightest. Nothing is happening.
I noticed this potential nose-dive already in the first episode, but waited for several more, and here it is, couldn't wait any longer. If things change, for the better or worse, will edit, together with the score (rating)..

If HBO will adapt some material about the Roman Empire, that will be the name of the(ir) Emperor.
How is it possible to pick and choose four completely different pieces of source materials, like a game (video game), parts of fantasy novel, a comic, a sci-fi novel, as part of your developing projects, during past six to eight years, let's say a decade, and ultimately come out with what are practically same four TV shows??
Deep-seated obsession with, or lacking ability for creating anything other than drama, is becoming unnatural and sickly. Drama Rocks, Rock 'n' Roll is actually drama, did you know that? And did you know that that rocks too? And rocks more, and rocks again and again..
Stop it! Please, no more drama, or at least, let the drama be, where drama is due, like used to do.
