The story moves along well enough-it's paced nicely and doesn't drag, which makes it an easy watch. But the humor? Eh, not really my thing. Most of the jokes felt awkward and way too over-the-top, like they were trying so hard to be funny that it just made me uncomfortable. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I think I only laughed once or twice, and even then, it was more of a chuckle than a real laugh.
The characters had potential, but they didn't feel like real people. They were quirky, sure, but more like exaggerated versions of people than anyone you could actually connect with. That made it tough to get into the emotional parts of the story-like, I understood what they were going for, but I wasn't really feeling it.
That said, if you're someone who enjoys absurd humor and doesn't mind characters being a bit cartoonish, this might work for you. The pacing and story structure are solid, and it's definitely not boring. For me, though, it just didn't hit the right notes.
