Doom: The Dark Ages is a bold, cinematic reimagining that does the impossible - it makes Doom feel fresh again. It's unapologetically violent, artistically fearless, and soaked in atmosphere. For fans of epic dark fantasy, pulse-pounding action, and metal-as-hell storytelling, this is a must-play experience. If the original Doom was a shotgun blast to the face, The Dark Ages is a warhammer through the skull - slower, heavier, and just as satisfying. The game is amazing from the beginning to the end and if you're new to this type of game give it a try you won't regret it! Favorite game of 2025 so far.
Movie was an action packed bloody mess! Loved every part of it! Havoc is exactly what action cinema fans have been craving - a relentless, gritty, and emotionally charged thriller that grabs you from the first scene and never lets go. Directed by Gareth Evans (known for The Raid), the film expertly blends brutal action with a surprisingly heartfelt story, offering more than just jaw-dropping fight sequences - though those are certainly here in abundance and better than ever. Tom Hardy delivers a raw, magnetic performance as Detective Walker, a man thrown into a nightmarish descent through the criminal underworld after a drug deal goes catastrophically wrong. Hardy's portrayal is layered; he balances physical ferocity with a palpable sense of vulnerability and exhaustion that makes every punch, kick, and stumble feel real. His ability to communicate pain, fatigue, and determination without overacting is a masterclass in physical storytelling.
Fire Force is a fiery and explosive anime that blends supernatural action, dark mystery, and stylish animation into a thrilling ride. Set in a world where spontaneous human combustion turns people into destructive fire demons called Infernals, the story follows Shinra Kusakabe, a young firefighter with devilish flames in his feet and a heroic heart. As a member of Special Fire Force Company 8, he battles deadly threats while uncovering the truth behind his family's tragic past and the sinister forces manipulating society. One of my favorite anime's of all time and trust me when I tell you I watch a lot of anime.
