I give this 4 out of 10 because Stallone but everything else about this show is absolute trash, after watching last weeks episode with a cameo of "JellyRoll" the singer/rapper I knew this show had hit an all time low, Ricky Gervais made fun of this kind of thing in extras in the Coldplay Chris Martin episode when Chris magically appears on Ricky's fictional show When The Whistle Blows, I tell you what blows, Tulsa King blows!
You can tell Taylor Sheridan has nothing to do with this one as this is way below Yellowstone standards, seriously get some real writers, everything in this show is pure make believe, in this version of Tulsa you can do anything you want, intimidate anyone you want and they smile and pay you for it and at the centre of it all you have Stallone who is 78 years old accompanied by a bunch of one dimensional cardboard cut-out's, do yourself a favour, avoid this one and go and rewatch the Rocky Films you'll have much better time trust me!

What happens when you take the movie Sexy Beast and inject it with the humour of Lock Stock and the violence of Scum, you get Sexy Beast the TV series, it's an absolute rip roar of a show, story is on point, location is on point and the cast is absolutely on point!
Emun Elliott's performance as Don Logan is as scary as ever and James McArdle is literally channelling Ray Winstone, a stellar performance considering the size of the shoes he's filling, the rest of the cast are fantastic as well, Sarah Greene as Deedee has really brought another dimension to her character and Stephen Moyer is perfect as Teddy Bass not to mention the new addition with Tamsin Greig as Don's sister, I never thought there could be a character more menacing than Don but the apple does not fall far from the tree here.
This is one of those shows that's clearly flying under the radar and I'm not sure what's going on with the ratings but it's an easy 8 out 10 for me, well worth a watch!

The Beekeeper is the equivalent of watching Jason Statham put the hurt on a bunch of cartoon characters, if you want any sort of realism forget it you're not going to get it here but despite that fact it's still an entertaining flick with some good fighting and action sequences just don't expect anything that resembles reality, this is almost super hero territory where one man takes down all the evils of the world.
The biggest disappointment was the complete waste of Jeremy Irons but I'm sure he did the best he could with the script he was given, it's as if they have twelve year olds writing these films and don't get me started on Emmy Raver-Lampman, if that's how an FBI agent acts then god help us all, she gave the most cringey performance I have seen in a long time, I found myself wanting to fast forward every scene she was in, honestly I would have preferred if they'd focused the entire film on Statham dishing out the pain as really that's the only thing that's good here.
