This is obviously not going to win any awards but if you can see what's going on underneath the surface you'll be surprised.
The film has a lot of social commentary while still playing up to the expectations of someone wanting to watch brainless entertainment. I think it's intentionally cliched.
Definitely not as bad as I expected.
