Haruka Ayase leads the cast as Balsa, a bodyguard for hire in a fast paced, action filled period piece out of Japan. The characters are finely crafted and the series draws you in. Beautifully shot and edited for impact, those that enjoy martial arts movies/tv, will enjoy this series.
Looking past the first episode which is basically an introduction to the main characters, the rest of the series is worth the time investment, leaving the viewer wanting a continuation of the series, which I am happy to report, has been done. Smart, action packed, and sometimes emotional, this series is definitely worth watching. 👍👍
