Fainaru fantajî sebun adobento chirudoren (2005)
Greatest CGI Graphics I've ever seen.
This movie is simply the greatest in graphics i've seen. Compared to the old Final Fantasy Spirits Within, this one is twice as good which is tough to beat considering the others prowess in looks. The storyline is done pretty well, its not a super long movie only 100minutes, but they work in a good show. First half is action/story, and the last half is practically all action. The characters look a bit different from the game, they are a bit Asian influenced and is a bit weird in the beginning but really grows on you. Nobou who does all the music for the FF games comes back and does the music on the movie, great work. I of course wish the movie was twice as long and had a bit more of a complex story. They don't really use their materia much in the movie. One thing I wish they had done was add more time so everyone(Barret,Tifa,Yuffie,Cid...etc...) would all get more time fighting, you really only get to see Cloud fight with very small part for the others and a bit longer of a fight scene for Vincent and Tifa. Voice actors for it do a fabulous job. A must buy for all FF fans. A must buy for all CGI anime fans. As for regular anime fans rent it and give it a try, but i doubt you'll be displeased.
Cowboy Bebop: Tengoku no tobira (2001)
TV Series Movie that is as great as the series.
For anyone that is a fan of Cowboy Bebop the series, knows it is one of the greatest anime series out there at this time. The movie is no exception it follows along the same storyline as the series it is simply a longer single episode. The fighting in it is some of the best Bebop fights I've ever seen. All the gang is here Jet, Ed, Faye, Spike. A must have for all Bebop Fans, the only reason I give this 8/10 stars is I feel the storyline could have been a bit better, but is still fairly well done. Even for those that have never seen the series, you don't need to see it to understand anything that is going on it stands on its own very well.
Next (2005)
Not the greatest, but is fun and beats the heck out of elimidate.
I've seen about 13 episodes of this now, and It's fairly well. The whole plot is there is one dater, and 5 date options. The options are on a bus and go out 1 at a time to see the dater and he/she can spend time with them and ask them on a second date, or "next" them which makes them go back on the bus and the next date option strolls out. The show does have homosexual episodes, guys or gals. These are actually more entertaining to watch because while you are viewing the whole date with the dater and date option, they also show you what is happening on the bus a lot as well and if it's a homo episode then the bus parts are funner to watch because its more like two dates sometimes. The whole just seems to draw you in more than others, although Blind Date is still fun to watch due to all the visual make fun of effects they have going on. Definitely something you should try out at least once if these date reality shows are what you like.
