Skip this one unless you enjoy phrases like, "...and it's widely assumed that..." or "(unnamed) sources suggest..." because that's pretty much the bulk of the content. Other highlights include the camera constantly zooming in on 3-5 highlighted words on documents that aren't even identified, much less shown in context. These scenes are obviously meant to imply proof of some malicious intent or conduct but the exact nature of the offense is usually left to the imagination. Then there is, of course, the obligatory rolling out of every sin ever committed by anyone associated with the intended targets. In short, it's a really poorly executed conspiracy theory produced by people who clearly have an agenda and who don't think their target audience is very bright.
On the upside, though, James Cromwell was an excellent choice to play the (alleged) bad guy. He could read Little House on the Prairie and make it seem sinister.
