Black Summer is what FTWD could have been. This series is nothing like Z Nation thankfully even though producer is same. I imagine when a society has rapidly collapsed, events would unfold as portrayed in this series. Great character study in how our humanity can rapidly devolve into pure survival mode as we watch life as we know it end. We are the most violent animal on the planet after all.
Also, if you are prone to anxiety, BEWARE...I tried to binge but had to take a lot of breaks between episodes 😂😂😂

I love the fact that the absurdity of life and death is a prevalent theme. Episodes are not too long. And you probably haven't heard of some of the cases. The show pairs well with alcohol.
