Despite the impressive production values and clear effort poured into "Smile 2," I found it to be a dull and ultimately pointless horror sequel. The film follows pop star Skye Riley as she is haunted by inexplicable events, but the story feels stretched thin and brings very little new to the table compared to the first movie.
While Naomi Scott delivers a committed performance, her talent is wasted on a script that relies far too heavily on cheap jump scares and tired horror tropes. The movie drags on for over two hours, and the pacing issues make it a slog to sit through, with long stretches where nothing of consequence happens. The psychological torment at the film's core never truly resonates, and the attempts at atmosphere are undercut by predictability and a lack of genuine suspense.
For all its technical polish and graphic effects, "Smile 2" feels like a case of style over substance. The narrative is muddled, the scares are uninspired, and by the end, I was left wondering what the point of this sequel really was, aside from cashing in on the original's success. If you're looking for a horror film with real tension or originality, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The crew prepare for a new chater. They receive their guests and it all seems like a standard charter. But all is not well aboard. I like this episode because it really gives a good insight into the work The crew does to provide a great experience for the charter guests. However, this charter guest is a first class a - hole. A complete germaphobe who goes to lengths and starts to drive the crew around the bend. Overly fussy about excellent food Aggravating the chef. The crew have to be on their game to get though this charter. The chef is having a challenging time too. You have to see how it all comes to head.
