I usually enjoy Spanish thrillers, so I decided to give this one a try - and I liked it more than I expected. A policeman is returning home, promising to spend time with his daughter, when he's suddenly called for a mission. Now he can't go back home and has to save the day.
The film is not only entertaining for its action, but also meaningful, as it brings up some deeper lessons. All the actors are excellent in my opinion, and the director did a great job keeping the tension high throughout.
At the moment I'm writing this review, the film has a score of five, but I think it definitely deserves at least an 8. My impression is that some reviewers tend to give lower scores to European and non-American productions in general. If the same story and execution had come from a film made in the USA, I'm sure it would have scored at least a 6.0.
I'm not saying American productions aren't great - in fact, they're usually the best in the world (and I'm not American). However, I can't understand why European films often receive lower scores, even when they are as solid and enjoyable as this one.

I don't understand the bad reviews and the bad score. This sitcom is nothing like Full House or Punky Brewster, but it's not horrible either. You're not supposed to get clever jokes, but you're going to have fun. The characters are completely crazy, and there is no politically correct humor like we have seen on so many Netflix sitcoms. The main actress is pretty, and her conflict with her mother and little sister is fun to watch. I don't love all the characters, but I think Eliza Pryor acts very well as the little witch. I would recommend this series for those who just want to relax and have a good time. If you want something clever, of course, choose Everybody hates Chris!
The movie is good because of its acting, cinematography, originality, and how creepy the two children are. However, it might seem bad (hence its poor score) if you're expecting a classic horror movie. Instead, it's a psychological thriller mixed with drama, which is why I enjoyed it. The tension is present almost constantly, while the plot explores how people believe they are good when, in reality, they may be acting in an evil way-something that happens with certain religious individuals and politicians.
Tin and Tina appear innocent but commit bizarre or even atrocious acts, terrifying their mother. This is what makes the plot compelling. Of course, the film has its shortcomings-some scenes feel a bit slow, and the husband is too stupid. Well, that may be a cliché in horror movies even this is not a horror!.
