The short:
Make sure you are sat in the centre seats for this. Because it's a very intense thrill ride, that's excellently acted, VERY good to look at, and keeps you guessing until the reveal, when the action simply explodes. And when it does, you really want to be in the centre seats! Enjoy.
The Long:
Call me impressed!
Just come out of Cineworld and wow. I left feeling like I had a very Good Friday. Got more than the trailer promised. I was gripped in my seat.
Slick, stylish, very intense, nicely filmed thrill ride, that's VERY good to look at, and keeps you guessing until the reveal, when the action simply explodes.
And when it does, trust me, you really want to be sat in the centre seats for that.
I went in expecting simply what the trailer showed, thinking it would be quite good. A bit different. Would probably be entertained... But never expected it to be as good as it actually was.
And how do you make something boring like texts, phones, and cameras, look this good? With super cool imagery and stylish filming angles.
The director knows how to make everything look good. Everything. The view, texts, phones, people, perspective and heights. Definitely heights. You really feel the height.
Extremely well acted, and the proof is you don't see the baddie coming. The two leads give flawless performances. But for me, the two who stole it, was the waiter Jeffery Self, and Reed Diamond, who was absolutely. Absolutely. Excellent!
What could have made this movie better? 4DX dammit. What a mistake that was.

I saw this again in 4DX on Valentine's Day and enjoyed it even more, now knowing that Ke Huy Quan did ALL of his fights and stunts himself. I am genuinely puzzled by the low reviews. Don't believe them. It's terrific. A little crazy, (The fight in the listing home's kitchen is insane😂) and a total blast to watch. You forget your hard day after.
Also...this has got to be the best promo for an All Saints Heart sweater ever.

It's a lot... A lot... of fun!
"Don't worry. I got guys who can patch all this up like new."
Ke Huy Quan is badass, funny, very likeable, and has some serious skills!
Just got back from seeing this in 4DX and loved it. Because after working hard, I really needed to see something fun, and this delivered in giant dining weapons for me.
The people who wrote this definitely have a great sense of humour and the actors who played it out, knew what they were doing and how to deliver it. The Raven the killer poet in particular. It worked.
Chaotic, crazy, enjoyable, impressive fights, done to a fantastic soundtrack, a hilarious sense of humour that made me chuckle at least 5 times. Thank you very much for that.😁

I've just finished watching Pig and I love it. The film is a beautiful, gentle, masterpiece that will make you cry and then you will cherish it.
If you like Nicholas Cage, then you won't be disappointed. This is not the eccentric Nicholas Cage. This is the Cage you've been waiting for. This is Nicholas Cage really, really, acting. By the end you will feel very moved.
It's not about a Pig, or Death Wish with a Pig, as some people seem to have expected. It's a deep film about love, loneliness, grief, acceptance, and a thoughtful hermit who loves his Pig like it's the child he couldn't have.
Everyone in this film can act. And everything about it is classy. By that I mean it's a film of superior quality that you will remember for a long time.
Thank you SKY VIP for the free preview ticket to watch it first online, but seeing it on my little phone screen is not good enough. I'm going to the Cinema to experience it all again on the big screen. And I highly recommend you do the same. :0)
