There are some things I will give this show props for.
Getting kids to be active and eat well, which is the reason this series exists.
Robbie Rotten, the bad guy of this series, almost never fails to make me laugh, mainly because of his actions and the way he prepares his schemes. (Rest in peace, Stefan Karl Stefansson)
However, there are a couple of problems I have with some of the health messages this show gives.
The lesson about oral hygiene. I get they're telling kids how many times to brush to each side in order to clean their teeth, but haven't they heard of something called toothpaste? And also, Sportacus brushes his teeth much too fast every time.
The lesson about eating well. I get that they're saying "Candy is a sometime food" and "Fruits and vegetables will boost your health", but it seems as though they're only eating fruits and vegetables as if they're rabbits. How about telling children to eat stuff like meat, grains, fish, noodles, cereal, milk, cheese, bread, and other foods apart from fruit and vegetables.
Like I said, it's not a bad kids show, but the oral and nutrition messages leave a lot to be desired.

Kid versus Kat just makes me sick. And it's not even because it's a "Tom and Jerry ripoff" or an "Invader Zim ripoff". There are different reasons I found this show so contemptible.
There are meanspirited characters galore, with the exceptions of Coop, Dennis, Fiona, and probably Fiona.
Millie is such a crybaby who complains all the time when she doesn't get what she wants.
Mr. Kat is almost always getting the victory,
Burt is a downright idiot, and not a likable idiot at that.
There are many shows that make me sick, Kid versus Kat, or one of those shows. And as for Old Lady Munson, don't even start me on her!

Basic complaints people make about this show include...
"This show is a ripoff of anime"
Just because characters move in anime style at times doesn't automatically mean it's trying to copy anime. If anything, those moments are an homage to anime.
"The background characters are ugly"
I think that was the point. Making background characters look unappealing makes the main characters look more appealing. Why complain about ugly background characters? Lots of cartoons have background characters that are designed like that, like The Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Ed, Edd n Eddy.
Anyway, I do recommend this show. It features a mix of music from PUFFY, it pays homage to other shows, there's hardly any toilet humour, and it helped introduce the real PUFFY outside of Japan.
