Papicha is a powerful movie. Harsh and brutal, yet sometimes sweet and joyful despite the cruelty around the characters.
Papicha tells us never to give up. It's a cry of hope and resistance. A true gem.

What a movie! Beautiful, deep, sweet and sour. My favourite French movie of 2019.
Incredible frames as splendid as paintings. Fantastic actresses in a patriarcal world emptied of its men to let the women discover themselves.

The idea behind Little Joe is brilliant. The actors were excellent. I've found it a bit too long and redundant, but I had a good time watching this surprising and beautiful movie.
