"Dil khudgarz he fislaa hai yr fir hath se, kal uska raha.. ab hai tera is raat se"(The selfish heart has slept away again, yesterday it belonged to someone else, from tonight it is yours") summarizes the exquisitely made movie.
The drama perfectly expresses how love slips away from our lives. Repressed under everyday chores, its exit gate aren't one away, though. The idea of it returning but with a different face is what the picturesque drama revolves about.
People in 4 age groups with different aspirations, ideologies, ideas, excuses are bound by only one emotion- 'desire'.
The performances of actors hold their power in their writing. The dialogues are sharp, musical effects aptly placed between scenes of the mighty Mumbai rains.
A must watch for those who believe that reality is the mother of fiction.

Chameli, a movie based on a prostitute and an investment banker, is about a night that puts them under same roof accidentally. Fueled by Aman's no interest in going back to his empty house and Chameli's good heart, their journey continues till the morning. Chameli is a lady who tries to stay happy despite her muddy profession. The best part of the story is no out of sky feelings bumping in the main characters as assumed from a usual Bollywood drama. A simple friendship that makes the two abrasive without any predilection following from friendship and practically possible sacrifices forms the core of the movie.
