This is a classical, well-known Czech TV series from a hospital. It was written specifically for the Czech TV viewer and will not say too much to a foreigner. The plot takes place in the communist Czechoslovakia and describes the life in the 70's. It is not a propaganda film, though, showing ordinary people's problems.
