I'll be honest, I felt happy after a long time watching a movie. These days, we are so accustomed to suspenseful endings or dramatic climaxes that leave everyone in awe, that we've forgotten what a happy ending feels like. This short, 1 hour and 20 minutes movie is a complete package of romance and sci-fi-something that many animes promise, but only a few manage to deliver.
The characters, their chemistry, and the background are so well written. Although the movie could have been a little longer, it never felt like they were in a hurry to end the story. I wouldn't compare it to hits like 'Your Name' or 'A Silent Voice,' but I would definitely recommend you watch it. You will not regret it.

As a teenager, watching Anand was not just a cinematic experience; it was an emotional journey that left an indelible impact, shaping my appreciation for classic cinema.
The simplicity and depth of the plot, combined with the masterful direction of Hrishikesh Mukherjee, make it a classic that continues to resonate with audiences across ages.
The music of Anand is another gem that contributes to its everlasting charm. Composed by the legendary R. D. Burman, the soulful melodies seamlessly integrate with the narrative, enhancing the emotional impact of each scene. The songs not only serve as a soundtrack but also become an integral part of the storytelling, creating a musical journey that lingers in the memory long after the credits roll.
Emotional resonance is a hallmark of Anand, and the performances of the lead actors, Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan, elevate the film to iconic status.
In comparison to the present Bollywood landscape, Anand stands as a testament to a bygone era of storytelling and cinematic craftsmanship.

This stand-up "I'm not done yet" was good, considering it was meant to watch with family, it didn't had too harsh jokes that will make you die laughing, just few normal punch lines. One thing that I liked about the show was his story telling, obviously we all have watched Kapil on his television show, but I was surprised to see this version of Kapil which totally different on Netflix. There were some instances where you can get emotional, because he talks about his life and his journey to become an artist in Mumbai, so humor wise I don't think it did very well(comparing it with his old jokes). He talks about his mental health and what happened in his childhood, it was a great piece of story telling which was fascinating and motivational, it taught us how we cope with setbacks. In the end he sang a song and dedicated it to his late father was the most emotional part of the show, and I think if this stand-up would be a success which I hope so, we would be seeing another of his special on Netflix anytime soon.
I hope you liked my review thank you for your time.
