I want to like this so much! The colours. The original take. The star power. The campiness. But for whatever reason I just struggle to push through an episode and then find myself waiting weeks on end til there's nothing left to watch and then going back to it. I can't even explain why. I dunno if it's because the storytelling jumps back and forth, or because I'm truly struggling to understand who is human, who is a god, who is a half god, what are the furies???? Maybe it's the contrast of these age old stories being told in a modern setting - which is something I thought I loved about the show - but for whatever reason it's just too jarring and not clicking for me. Again, I really want to like this and I'm persevering, but with only a couple of episodes to Goni don't know if I'll ever get there.
