I watched this movie yesterday after reading all the negative reviews. So I wasn't sure what it would be like. I have to say I enjoyed it immensely, no, it wasn't up there with the blockbusters but it was quiet and gentle and had a real feel good thing to it. I'm very much a mood watcher, over nearly all genres and yesterday I just wanted to chill out and not have to concentrate at all. This did it the perfect job and I smiled and chuckled all through it and felt really good when it ended. Watch this if you just want to relax and not have to think. It was perfect for that. What are you nay sayers expecting?

I really like these types of movies but this was sooo bad I only watched about 10 minutes. Why, oh why would you do the stupidest things. Common sense and logic would dictate you don't take your pregnant wife to a place renound for terrible weather and snow storms in winter!!! I bought this DVD and what a waste of money but I am so pleased I also didn't waste my life watching this garbage.

I can't believe the low scores and negative reviews. I have watched this movie twice (alone and I am aGrandmother) , and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. I have laughed out loud at many of the silly antics. It has made me feel uplifted when it was over. I watch and enjoy all genres of movies and I put them into perspective of who there aimed at. This was aimed at kids and kids would enjoy the frivolity. It can't be judged on anything else. It will never be Oscar material, but that doesn't mean it's not a nice sweet movie. It is and is very enjoyable for a couple of hours when you don't need to think and just go with the flow. I loved it!
